Trio of Woodland Friends Button Ponytail Holders

I just have to share a comment from one of my customers that purchased a set of ponytail holders (pictured below). How sweet is this!!  It put a huge smile on my face!!  Reading customer comments is one of the reason I continue to create :)

We have possums & raccoons living in the woods behind our house and my daughter calls them our "little friends in the woods". She will LOVE these ponytail holders. Thanks!

Needle Felted Kitty

I saw these hello kitty trinkets and was inspired to make a needle felted version.  I am pretty satisfied the way my little kitty turned out :)




Check out these super cute hello kitty charms and coin capsules.  You can find these in Gacha coin machines for $1.00 (quarters only). Whenever we go to the local japanese market we pass the Gacha coin machines on our way out and  I find myself digging into my pockets and handing my girls quarters for these cute trinkets.

Hey Batter Batter!!!

Softball season is finally in full swing.  My youngest daughter has developed a serious passion for softball. It is so much fun to watch her improve her skills and to cheer on the team.

Western Spaghetti Anyone??

My daughters showed me this cool stop motion video.  I find it simply amazing how stop motion videos are made.  Move take picture, move take picture, etc....  My daughters have also developed a liking for stop motion and have actually made a few videos.  I will post them once I figure how to transfer them from my MacBook to my blog.  My youngest daughters  favorite part is when he smashes the tomatos with the wooden spoon.   Grab your fork and plate and dig in!!!

SunDrop Haven

I am going to make a promise  to start blogging every week.  I will be blogging on recent events in my family life, cute discoveries, and of course my journey with SunDrop Clips.

My dear friend and I have been planning on taking our families to Big Bear Lake, CA  for years.  Finally we decided to make the trip a reality.  This is the first time our kids have seen the snow.   I must say I instantly fell in love with my surroundings.

My youngest daughter and her friend having fun taking pictures.  Out of the dozens of pictures she took that day this one is my favorite.

Garden Babies

We planted some bell peppers and green beans about two months ago.  After much care and anticipation we finally see the fruits of our labor.  This is the first time we planted green beans and I must say they are just too cute!  The bell peppers are growing very well in 5 gallon pots.  We also have sequoia strawberries, cucumbers, jalapenos, cherry tomatos, eggplant, and a host of herbs. 

Honey Sweet

Sewed a honey pot full of bumblebee hair clips!  They are going in some sweeties birthday party goodie bags.

Garden of Fresh Ideas!

My little sister created a couple of beautiful flower rings, using polymer clay and small pieces of wire.  Her inspiration for these fashionable accessories were the colorful flowers our family is currently growing in the backyard. I can't wait to plant more flowers in my open-minded garden!
